The ‘Modern Method for Guitar Book’ is very clear with its explanations on various things such as scales, melodic studies, chord and arpeggio studies, how to read music, special exercises for developing technique in both hands, and chord voicing.

I have been using this book for a year, and constantly reviewing the pages I have already finished. I have noticed that I am a lot better at reading music than I used to be, and even my hearing is a lot better as I have focused on chord voicing. I would recommend a private instructor to help you throughout this book

If you don’t know where to start, start with this book! I guarantee you that it is worth going through! And if you’re really driven, go for Volumes 2 and 3!
