I teach adult beginners, most of whom quickly realize the weaknesses in hands and fingers.
This slim volume offers all the exercises they will need to improve these weaknesses without being too prescriptive.
One pupil would like to see text which tells you exactly what the exercise is trying to achieve and whether it works or not! This is not provided...
