I have to say these strings great for beginners because they are relatively thin, easy to bend and just generally it makes it much easier to play so it really depends what standard you are if you are an intermediate however i recommend slightly thicker strings and it really depends on your personal choice but a simple rule of thumb is that the more advanced you are the thicker strings you should get and thicker strings help prevent alot of problems. Anyway i advise that beginners and maybe some intermediates should purchase these strings as they are of high quality.
