Customer Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating It is quite literally a book of chords that can be played on a bass guitar. Chords as you would play on a 6 string! Who would ever want to do that? i thought it would be a series of bass chord (Bass line) progressions and key changes. I can't imagine ever wanting to strum D7major on my bass. Sorry - no points for this book.

Customer Rating This book is ideal for the more advanced player who is seeking to develop his or her knowledge of harmony.
with a little bit of hard work some of this material can be used to enhance and develop composition of new bass lines as well as expanded the soloing vocabulary of the progressive rock, funk, jazz or rnb player ALA Abraham Laboriel or Jonas Hellborg and is a sound investment if your looking stretch your technical abilities on your instrument this book though written with the 4 string bass in mind can be played on 5 or6 string bass players who are just starting out would be better off getting a book that covered scales and arpeggios.
I definetley recommend this book
