Customer Rating An excellent set of ragtime and blues acoustic guitar solos for the intermediate to advanced fingerstyle guitarist (tilted towards advanced). Even if you aren't a guitarist, but like listening to instrumental guitar, the CD itself is worth the price of this book as they are all finely produced and flawlessly executed by guitarist Johnny Norris. Some of the tunes on the CD are accompanied by harmonica and other instruments which aren't notated in the book, but the guitar is always front and centre. My one complaint is that the tuning and/or notation for the tune "Bill Hartes Jig" seems to be wrong.

Customer Rating Nice book! Your friends will flip when you play them The Entertainer by Scott Joplin on your guitar... its a pity some songs have other instruments and you can't hear the guitar very well on these, but its a fine book anyway.

Customer Rating These are all Super Solos - Aluminium Blues and Freeway Blues are brilliant - and if you stick with them they're not as hard as they might seem at first glance. Not for the beginner, but a must-have otherwise.
