Rating Review

Customer Rating Very Excellent book for saxophone players graded 2 and 3. Features excellent arrangements to play with saxophone and very good notation, such as breathing etc. plus excellent piano part. Very worth it's price.

Customer Rating I purchased this Alto Sax + CD about 18months ago and have been using it with my pupils,(grades from 1 - 8+) they have all enjoyed the choice of music and superb backing tracks, which has meant they have felt the pulse and tempo very easily. I have now introduced an amount of improvisation to my pupils and certain tracks (1,3,8,9.10.) will now resound to 1/2/3 sax's improvising, utilising the backing tracks only. This book has enabled my pupils to gain the confidence to improvise and express themselves. Very well written and I highly recommend this book to all (young & not so young) budding sax players.
