An excellent collection of songs reflecting different aspects of life in ancient Egypt. Y3 love the Song of the Pyramid Builders - it's the sort of song they're singing as they go home at 4 o clock. Tell me Ahmose is similarly catchy. The accompaniments are very playable and attractive. Song of the Marsh Herdsmen is lilting and melodic. The children remember a great many bite-sized facts about Egypt thanks to these songs.
