As a grandparent, I have attended two Hosanna Rock concerts at two schools, one last year and one this year. On both occasions it was so obvious that the children thoroughly and enthusiastically enjoyed participating. As a former primary school teacher I thought that it was brilliant. The music was lively and memorable and the theme of Christmas was not lost.

This was an absolutely fantastic Christmas musical, enjoyed and loved by all, teachers, children and parents!
It is an excellent way to involve all children, with action, song and dance. As a Key Stage 1 School with foundation we were able to perform the musical involving everyone! We had the characters, we had places where the Year 2 children were able to play along with the recorder, as well as some children singing solo's. The actions throughout the musical involved the little ones, which was helped by the easy words to remember! I thoroughly enjoyed teaching this to the children and would recommend it to everyone. Having the CD helped as we were able to use this - non-lyrics throughout the performance! It was absolutely fantastic. I also met the writer at the Educational Show at the NEC this March and I was pleased to tell her how wonderful I thought her music was. Well done on producing such a wonderful school musical.

The songs are easy to learn and the children loved the hand-jive actions that went with the theme tune. I have had many favourable comments from staff and parents alike who attended the performances - thank you Sheila Wilson for making my job so enjoyable!
