Rating Review
Customer Rating Although I'm a very big fan of Pink Floyd and David Gilmour in particular, this book is the first out of the Play guitar with...series that is somehow a bit disappointing to me. First of all because it does not feature any of Pink Floyd's all time greats, like "Time"or "Wish you were here". And second, because this book's title makes you think it features some David Gilmour solo songs as well, but it's only songs from the Pink Floyd after-Waters period. Some songs are just not "guitar" enough. One song even has about thirty seconds rest between two riffs, which is annoying when you're playing alone instead of in a band. The positive thing of these songs is that you learn to work that whammy bar properly. If you're looking for good Pink Floyd material though, don't buy this book ,but another one instead, trust me.
