Where can I have my order delivered?

We have customers in almost every country in the world. However, we do not deliver to Afghanistan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iraq or North Korea.

If your billing address is in Bulgaria, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco or Vietnam we accept offline payment only.


Which payment methods do you accept?

Musicroom Worldwide
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Carta Si, Dankort and Eurocard. If you are using Visa Electron, please enter your card type as Visa. Alternatively, you may order using an offline payment method.

Musicroom France
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Carta Si, Dankort and Eurocard. If you are using Visa Electron, please enter your card type as Visa. Alternatively, you may order using an offline payment method.

Musicroom Australia
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Musicroom Germany
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Carta Si, Dankort and Eurocard. If you are using Visa Electron, please enter your card type as Visa. Alternatively, you may order using an offline payment method.


VAT, Sales Tax & GST

Musicroom Worldwide
You do not have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other tax on any sheet music or books purchased from Musicroom.com. VAT on other items is already included in the price, depending on your location and the type of item. You may be liable for any tax that your country levies on imports – check with your local customs office. Terms and Conditions.

Musicroom France
Any TVA on items purchased from Musicroom.com France is already included in the price. You may be liable for any tax that your country levies on imports – check with your local customs office. Terms and Conditions.

Musicroom Australia
Any GST on items purchased from Musicroom Australia is already included in the price. You may be liable for any tax that your country levies on imports – check with your local customs office. Terms and Conditions.

Musicroom Germany
Any Mehrwertsteuer on items purchased from Musicroom Germany is already included in the price. You may be liable for any tax that your country levies on imports – check with your local customs office. Terms and Conditions


Can I shop in my currency?

Musicroom Worldwide
You may shop in several currencies. If your currency is not available, simply shop in GB Pounds (£) and your bank or card issuer will automatically convert your local currency.

Musicroom France
Currently you may only shop in Euros (€). If your currency is not available, simply shop in Euros (€) and your bank or card issuer will automatically convert your local currency.

Musicroom Australia
Currently you may only shop in Australian Dollars (AU$). If your currency is not available, simply shop in Australian Dollars and your bank or card issuer will automatically convert your local currency.

Musicroom Germany
Currently you may only shop in Euros (€). If your currency is not available, simply shop in Euros (€) and your bank or card issuer will automatically convert your local currency.


Placing an offline order

Some card-issuers are very strict with internet credit card use. If you do not make online purchases often, your bank may refuse the transaction even if there are funds available. If this happens (and you have checked your details are entered correctly), we suggest you contact your card-issuer and ask them to authorise the transaction, and then try your order again.

Alternatively, you may use an offline payment method. To pay for your order via fax, telephone or by cheque, place the items you wish to order in your basket as usual, and proceed to the checkout. When you arrive at the Payment page select Fax/Cheque/Phone. You can then submit your order and arrange to give us your credit card details by phone or fax, or send us a cheque or postal order. Your order will be sent as soon as we have received and verified payment.This method of payment is not available at Musicroom Australia.
