This is a font problem which can generally be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling Scorch and its associated fonts. To uninstall Scorch, go to \WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ and delete 'ScorchPlugin Class'. Then go to \Program Files\Internet Explorer\plugins\ and delete 'npsibelius.dll'. Finally, delete all Opus, Inkpen and Inkpen2 fonts from \WINDOWS\fonts\.
Then access our site again and reinstall Scorch, either through the automatic ActiveX download when you try to view a score or manually from the Sibelius website
