With the Abracadabra series, pupils learn to play easily and effectively by playing tunes which are already known. Instrumental technique and ear training are encouraged by the use of tunes which pupil and teacher can sing.
Abracadabra Recorder 1 contains 23 graded songs and tunes chosen by Roger Bush. Five of these only use five notes (G, A, B, C, D), making them suitable for beginners. New notes E, D and F are introduced gradually.
