Christian's adventure takes him away from his derisory neighbours, through the slimy mud pool and wicket gate to the Cross and on down the narrow path. He conquers Apollyon the ghastly beast and escapes from Giant Despair the odious ogre. He encounters many different character types and temptations and finally emerges from the river into eternal happiness.
Music and drama especially written for young performers bring John Bunyan's timeless story to life in a way that can be understood at many different levels. Approximate length 45 mins. Mainly Key Stage 2. Also suitable for mixed ages 5 to 11 years.
