The orchestral score of two of Handel’s best-loved works. Handel composed the famous Water Music in 1717, a set of twenty short pieces to accompany a royal barge trip down the Thames. Music For The Royal Fireworks composed in 1749, is a joyful suite of six movements, composed to celebrate the peace of Aix-La-Chappelle which had been declared the previous year.
