Roland’s VIP Gold delivery provides a complete professional service for your new piano. After approximately 7-10 days (subject to stock availability) from placing your order you will receive a telephone call to pre arrange a convenient time for the piano to be delivered (which is why it is helpful for us to have both your home landline as well as a mobile if possible). Roland will then deliver the piano, un-box it and assemble the instrument where you wish it to be in your home. They will then remove the packing boxes that came with your instrument. You can then register your piano to claim the full three years warranty by phoning 01792 702701 asking for customer services.
