Creative Saxophone is an innovative series for the Saxophonist who wants to play Jazz, Blues, Rock and other contemporary styles whilst developing a solid technique. The idiomatic exercises and pieces encourage an awareness of authentic styles and give players the confidence to begin improvising. The book contains 16 pieces in a variety of contemporary music styles, each with ideas for improvising. It also includes two authentic and varied CDs of backing tracks for all pieces, with versions for both Alto and Tenor Saxophone.
