On the 2nd July 2005 the world was witness to the second series of concerts in aid and to raise awareness of poverty in Africa. Organised to coincide with the G8 summit, an army of stars, celebrities and politicians appeared in a series of simultaneous concerts around the globe, with the aim of drawing pertinent attention to the eradication of debt for developing countries.
With this in mind, Wise Publications presents a special commemorative folio of the biggest songs of the day, by some of the global superstars that performed, including Robbie Williams, Coldplay, The Killers, Sir Paul McCartney and U2. All songs are arranged for Piano, Voice and Guitar.
Proceeds from each copy sold of this souvenir songbook will be donated to the Live8 charities.
