A really good start for both Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students. Well laid out with not too much information on a page. One major quibble - drawing showing over view of flute posture at the beginning of the book is rather inaccurate!
An excellent volume to extend post grade 2 pupils' ranges into the 3rd octave. This useful book can be used in conjunction with mid-grade repertoire. It contains a well thought out mix of exercises, scales, studies and repertoire that cover chromaticism, unusual time signatures and ornaments.
