An excellent package! This is a clear and concise method on the techniques of metal lead guitar. Each chapter covers different aspects of music theory and lead technique and at the end of each section is a solo that uses all the techniques you have just covered. Everything is explained clearly and with examples. The solos get harder as the book progresses. I am at an Intermediate level and the book has given me a few headaches I can tell you and I have yet to start vol 2.

Brilliant! No other words can describe 'Jam with Bon Jovi'. As usual the transcriptions are very accurate and the backing tracks are to die for. Before I got this I purchased 'Play Guitar with Bon Jovi' and I was not happy because some of the solos were not transcribed in full and the backing tracks are not so good. So do yourself a favour spend an extra couple of quid and buy 'Jam with Bon Jovi' NOW!!!
