Primarily a guitarist but with a good working knowledge of most instruments, Eleanor has taught for many years and aims to guide customers to the right products for them to enjoy music at all levels.

Expertise: Has had ten years working in retail. He specalises in guitars, basses, amps and effects. But also has a wide knowledge of keyboards and digital pianos. He also have a lot of experience in recording and live band environments.

Joe loves writing, playing, recording and producing music. He also enjoys playing bass in a funk/rock band and creating electronic music with his collegue and friend Matt.

The Arctic Monkeys played with his previous band in York before they became well known!

Expertise: He has been playing the drums for almost ten years and has been playing in groups and performing for the majority of that time also. Over the years he has also gained experience, knowledge and skills in various retail environments.

His main passion is playing the drums in his own time and also performing with his band. He has an obsession with collecting various types of music and discovering new styles to be inspired by.

He has been to the arctic on two occasions and plans to go again in the near future.

Expertise: He has had many years experience in music retail all over the UK. He is a superb guitarist as well as being an avid guitar technician. He has a vast knowledge of guitars and amplifiers as well as the history of popular music itself.

Karl is undoubtedly the most knowledgble in the store as far as the guitar goes, using nearly three decades of accumulated wisdom to help guide customers and collegues.

Expertise: A singing pianist who through education, exams, hard work & passion has become a classically trained modern musician. She specialises in finding the right level of music and instruments for new or active players.

An active singer songwriter, She specialises in piano but can play a couple of scales on most instruments. She loves getting to talk alot & discovering nice shiney new things to play on.

Knows almost all lyrics and script for 'The Sound of Music' after growing up on a farm in the hills & spending her childhood making the them 'alive'
