Learning to play is easy when you know how! How do guitarists in bands remember all those songs, with so many different notes, phrases and solos? You are probably already familiar with the names given to these sections - verse, chorus, bridge, middle eight and so on.
Each of these sections is made up of smaller passages or 'building blocks' - these are known as riffs. That's what this book is about - learning to play a song bit by bit using these building blocks or riffs, then putting them together in the correct order.
