A Berklee Professor since 1976, Ed Tomassi is a Saxophonist, clinician, and renowned scholar in the art of improvisation. His methods and techniques have inspired everyone from beginning players to advanced students and professionals. Tomassi has performed with the Temptations, Vic Damone, Gloria Loring, and the Rhode Island Philarmonic Orchestra. He performs regularly with a number of popular and jazz groups around Boston, and is co-leader of the Ken Cervenka/Ed Tomassi Sextet.
