A fantastic volume containing 3 wonderful pieces from the 17th Century. In the 1600s Solo pieces such as these started to come into vogue and all three are brilliant examples of this 'new' instrumental style. This volume includes works by Dario Castello, Girolamo Frescobaldi and Giovanni Battista Fontana, all set for either Descant or Tenor Recorder and Basso Continuo.

Selected for the ABRSM Treble Recorder examination grade 7.
