Trinity Guildhall are set to launch several new publications this year, including new graded repertoire books and CDs for Piano and new repertoire books for Woodwind, Electronic Keyboard and Musical Theatre. New syllabuses for Piano, Woodwind and Electronic Keyboard are all available this summer, and will be valid from January 2012.
A new set of graded repertoire for Piano (Initial-Grade eight) will be available in June in three formats- book only, book with CD and CD only.
The books will support the 2012-2014 Piano syllabus from Trinity Guildhall and will include freshly selected repertoire covering a wide range of styles plus a newly composed set of exercises for the Technical Work section of the syllabus. The new syllbaus will be available from July and is valid from January 2012.
A brand new series of woodwind publications will be available from August, including newly composed and arranged material by leading educational woodwind composers.
These books for woodwind are the first in the newly established ‘Trinity Performer’s Series’. A set of accompanied repertoire books will be available for flute, clarinet, alto saxophone and tenor saxophone (beginner to intermediate levels). Solo repertoire books will be available for flute, clarinet, and saxophone (beginner to intermediate levels).
These great new books will provide a wealth of exciting accompanied and solo repertoire for both teachers and students and will work well as a stand-alone albums. Selections from the books will feature in the new Trinity Guildhall Woodwind syllabus. The new Trinity Guildhall Woodwind syllabus 2012-2014 will be available this summer and will be valid from January 2012.
New repertoire books for Electronic Keyboard Grades 6-8 will be available in the summer to support the Electronic Keyboard syllabus (incorporating new Grades 6-8), valid from January 2012. These books will include exciting repertoire specifically composed or arranged for each exam and will cover a wide range of styles and genres, providing continuity with the existing Initial-Grade 5 books.
A new set of musical theatre books are available now, produced in association with Faber Music. Each book features 15 musical theatre songs in a range of styles, with useful background and performance notes, handy singing tips, and exercises, along with a backing track CD.
They are suitable for Singing and Musical Theatre candidates or for anyone looking for a new, practical compilation of musical theatre repertoire.
