I traveled across the country with the intention of buying this piano for £2500 as verbally agreed with a member of staff called Glen. After driving for 5 hours I arrived and spent 2 minutes looking at the terrible condition the piano before driving home empty handed! The keys are worn heavily, there is an enormous dent on the front face on the right side, which when you know what you are looking for can be made out in the first picture above, the corners are severely dented in and there are chips and scratches everywhere. If the price looks too good to be true – it usually is! Avoid this piano at all costs, and beware of deceptive sales tactics from what I can only describe as dishonest and deceitful staff who fail to mention any of the pianos faults despite knowing you are travelling across the country in order to view it! I am VERY annoyed and I will not be purchasing anything from this group of stores ever again!
