I've paid for my music but it didn't print

• The webpage printed but the music was blank.
  
  
• My printer ran out of paper.
  
  
• My printer ran out of ink.
  
  
• My printer had a paper jam.
  
  
• I get the message 'IllegalOperatorSequence'.
  
  
  The IllegalOperatorSequence error you are receiving is coming from your printer and not from Musicroom or the Scorch file you are attempting to print. You may wish to check if you have the latest available driver for your printer.
  
  You should be able to download the latest driver from the printer manufacturer's web site:

  • Canon (Europe): http://software.canon-europe.com
  • Canon (Australasia): http://www.canon.com.au/drivers
  • Find other Canon regions at: http://www.canon.com
  • Epson: http://www.epson.com
  • Hewlett Packard: http://www.hp.com
  • Others: Refer to your printer’s documentation, or use your web browser to search for the printer manufacturer’s website.

  After downloading the driver, follow the instructions on the manufacturer’s website to install it.
