I've paid for my music but it didn't print

• The webpage printed but the music was blank.
  
  
• My printer ran out of paper.
  
  
• My printer ran out of ink.
  
  
• My printer had a paper jam.
  
  
• I get the message 'IllegalOperatorSequence'.
  
  
• I get the message 'You must enter a scale value of 1 or greater'.
  
  
• Nothing happened when I clicked the printer icon.
  
  
• The site crashed or froze when I clicked the printer icon.
  
  
• I tried to 'print to file' rather than to paper.
  
  
• Only the first page printed.
  
  
  If you have a copy of Sibelius 4 installed on your computer, you need to download and install the most recent version of the Scorch software. Please click here and follow the onscreen instructions to download the installer. Then run the installer to update the version of Scorch on your computer.
