I've paid for my music but it didn't print

• The webpage printed but the music was blank.
  
  
  Please check that you have clicked the correct print button. If you use CTRL+P, the regular browser print button or 'File'->'Print' you will just get the webpage but no music. To print the music, you need to click on the printer icon on the Scorch toolbar - that's the row of buttons directly above the music itself. The printer icon is just to the left of the small 'flame' icon.

• I get the message 'IllegalOperatorSequence'.
  
  
• I get the message 'You must enter a scale value of 1 or greater'.

• The site crashed or froze when I clicked the printer icon.
  
  
• I tried to 'print to file' rather than to paper.
  
  
• Only the first page printed.
