The music appears on screen but doesn't look right

• The music looks OK on screen but, when I print, some of the staff lines and note stems are missing, uneven or have rounded ends.
  
  
• The music looks OK onscreen but, when I print, the notes appear as text characters.
  
  
• Onscreen, the noteheads are missing or appear as squares or other curious markings.
  
  
• Red chord symbols appear on the page.
  
  
  This is a known bug in Scorch, and Sibelius, the developers of the Scorch software, are currently working to fix it. It doesn't affect the functionality of the scores and it doesn't mean that those chords are incorrect. However, if it is a problem for you, we are able to fix this problem in individual scores: please contact us on help@musicroom.com or call +44 (0)1284 725 725 (9am-5pm GMT, Monday-Friday) and we will fix it for you.
