Logos, Banners, Text Links and Search Boxes

The tools which are detailed below are a basic way of linking through to Musicroom.com.

Logos & Banners:

The simplest and most straightforward way to link to Musicroom from your site is to post one of our logos or banners there, which will link through to our homepage.

Here is an example of one of our banners:

We have a wide range of logos and banners for you to choose from, you can browse through them and get the code from your affiliate pages ('GET LINKS' and then 'BANNERS').

Text Links

Another easy way to link to Musicroom is to post a text link (the text can be anything you choose and can redirect to any Musicroom page).

You can link through to any Musicroom page you wish by using our simple text link linking code (simply replace the red text appropriately). There are two ways to do this:

1. If the page you wish to link to does not have a '?' already in the URL:
<A href="URL OF THE PAGE YOU WISH TO LINK TO HERE?kbid=YOUR AFFILIATE ID HERE">YOUR TEXT HERE</a>

e.g. <A href="http://www.musicroom.com/se/ID_No/0056982/details.html?kbid=1002">Buy the Big Book of Smash Hits</a>

2. If the page you wish to link to does have a '?' already in the URL:
<A href="URL OF THE PAGE YOU WISH TO LINK TO HERE&kbid=YOUR AFFILIATE ID HERE">YOUR TEXT HERE</a>

e.g. <A href="http://www.musicroom.com/Browse/ArrangementGroup.aspx?category_id=store1_arrangementgroup3
&kbid=1002">Sheet Music for Folk Instruments</a>

Although you are free to choose the anchor text of your link it is always a good idea to choose something descriptive like 'Sheet Music & Songbooks' or 'Buy Sheet Music from Musicroom' (or something more specific if you are linking to a specific Musicroom page or product, such as 'Piano Sheet Music' if you are linking to the piano page).

You can also find the code you need to do this in your affiliate area ('GET LINKS' and then 'TEXT LINKS', your affiliate ID is already present in the code here and you simply have to insert the URL of the page you wish to link to).

Search Boxes

You could also post a Musicroom search box on your site. Place it in the area where visitors are most likely to be interested in searching for our products and explain what types of things they can search for with this search tool. Here is what a search box would look like:
