Payment Information
Once you’ve implemented the links on your site you’ll probably want to know what happens with regard to
payments. The process is very simple:
The commission low payout limit is set at £25 by default, as detailed in our affiliate Terms and Conditions:
You will earn commissions based on the sale price of our products based on rates in force from time to time.
The current commission rate ranges from 5% to
12% of the listed price (the price listed by the relevant product
on our website) for all products featured on our site. We will pay commissions on a monthly basis 30 days following
the end of the calendar month in which they are earned. Payment will be by bank transfer for the commissions earned
on products that were shipped during the relevant month, less any withholding or other applicable taxes . Commissions
due for amounts under £25.00 will be withheld until the total amount due is at least £25.00 or, if earlier, until
this Agreement is terminated. Commissions paid for returned products will be deducted from the corresponding
commission of your next payment. If no commissions are payable during the following month, you will be invoiced for the overpayment.
You can raise this low payout limit from £25 to any amount you wish (contact
affiliates@musicroom.com with your preferred amount). You can do this at
any stage of your affiliation.
Once your commission has reached the agreed low payout limit you will receive an email at the start of the next calendar month.
This email will show you the amount of commission owed and will contain all the information you need to send back to us in
order for us to process your payment.
When we have received this information you will be paid within 30 days by bank transfer. The transfer will show up as
“Music Sales” on your bank statement.
